While their clubs are closed, 24 Hour Fitness will not be charging your monthly fee. Here’s a letter that went out to all members in early April from Tony Ueber, CEO.
You should know that when the clubs in your area are set to reopen, they will not start the charges right away, but if you prefer to cancel, visit this page.
If you choose to stay, there is currently a special offer giving you an additional 12 months of benefits and a reduction in your monthly fee.
If you prefer to cancel, just click “no thanks” and follow the instructions.
You can also mail in your cancel request to:
P.O. Box 787, Carlsbad, CA 92018, Attn: Cancel Dept.
When the gyms are opening region more fully, they will be in touch with more information about your membership. During the initial reopening period, you will have access to any reopened club in your area, regardless of your membership level. Initially, you will need to make a workout reservation to work out in a club as I mentioned in this post.
Here’s a page with lots of info about the 24 Hour Fitness reopening plan

For specifics about club workout reservations, you can check out the FAQs section that refers to workout reservations and using the 24GO app.
Be well & I hope to see you at the gym someday :)
